Using ∼3.6μm, 200fs, 500Hz laser pulses, we observed supercontinuum generation in 50 and 150μm outer dameter undoped, single-crystal YAG fibers with sol-gel cladding. We note differences in supercontinuum based on diameter and cladding thickness.
